wines we produce. We grow vines originating from the Loire Valley as well as
Pomerol and St Émilion, as the foundation of a wine famed for elegance and
complexity as well as considerable age worthiness.

wine
of highly distinctive character, achieved in blending estate-grown Bordeaux
varietals, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Petit Verdot,
Octagon’s great prestige rests further on its being created only in fine
vintages, and with the most astute selection from the harvest. This is the
highest expression of our estate’s European derivation and inspiration, crafted
to be a wine of distinctive character and age worthiness in every
incarnation.

non-vintage composition of Moscato Ottonel, Traminette, and Vidal, Philéo has
won top honors for Moscato in international competitions and is one of the
estate’s most widely loved wines. Very long and cold fermentation in stainless
steel, scrupulously avoiding oxygen contact, results in a genuinely refreshing
dessert wine
with a light, clean finish, of great appeal with fine cheeses, fresh berries,
and famously with crême brulée and tiramisù.
