To comply with the present COVID restrictions and Social Distancing, we are limiting each half-hour seating time to 6 guests
For 2021, the Tavern on the Green at Spring Creek will host monthly Passport Dinners allowing Chef Krystal Jones to showcase the culinary flavors and favorites of several different countries and regions.
With the Passport Dinner program, each person that attends and is stamped at 6 of the dinners throughout the year, will qualify for a complimentary ticket to the 2021 Spring Creek New Years' Eve Celebration.
We will host our first Passport Dinner on St. Patrick's Day, Wednesday, March 17th from 5 pm until 8 pm. Registration and reservations are required and will be limited to the first 40 people that register. We are still required to observe state COVID regulations concerning group sizes, staggering dining times, and social distancing.
Dinner will be 3 courses and will consist of
- a Shamrock Salad with a Dijon Vinaigrette -
a choice of
- Bangers & Mash -
Sausages with Mashed Potatoes, Caraway Orange Glazed Carrots & Whiskey Braised Onions
- Corned Beef and Cabbage -
with Caraway Orange Glazed Carrots, Roasted Red Potatoes & an Amber Guinness Reduction
- Chocolate Guinness Cake for dessert -
