Registration Opens - August 1, 2020 at 8:00 am


The Member Guest Committee cordially invites you to participate in the Annual Member Guest Event scheduled for September 17 - 19, 2020.  The format will consist of five 9-hole matches with the first match scheduled for Thursday September 17th at 4:30 pm.  Cost for this year’s event is $775 per team (all beverages and Friday dinner for guests included in fee).  Entries will be accepted beginning at 8:00 am on August 1st (Young Professional, Champion, and Regional members access will begin August 3rd at 8:00 am).


A schedule of events is as follows:


Thursday September 17th 

Course closes to practice rounds at 1:30 pm

First 9-hole match begins at 4:30 pm

Stag night after completion of first round


Friday September 18th

Breakfast at 7:30 am

Second 9-hole match begins at 9:00 am


Third 9-hole match begins at 1:00 pm

Cocktail Hour from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Dinner at 7:00 pm (spouses welcome)


Saturday September 19th

Breakfast at 7:30 am

Fourth 9-hole match begins at 9:00 am


Fifth 9-hole match begins at 1:00 pm

Shoot-Out begins at 4:45 pm (roughly)

Awards presentation party immediately following Shoot-Out 



Field is limited to 60 teams
