We appreciate the opportunity to give our members and guests an outlet to get fresh air and exercise in a safe environment. We pride ourselves in providing a safe environment for the enjoyment of the game of golf, and we have opened with some very important changes designed to ensure everyone's safety.
Please review these Frequently Asked Questions before coming to the course.
Can we take a cart?
We are allowing walking and two riders per golf cart.
Can I walk up and play?
We ask that all tee times be booked ahead of time. If you don’t have a tee time booked, you may not be allowed to play.
How can I book a tee time?
For our members - please book your rounds in our member booking portal. You may also call the Golf Shop to book, but we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes.
For our outside players - you may call the Golf Shop at 540.832.0744 within one week of your desired tee time to inquire about any remaining open inventory.
What should I know when I go play?
Please arrive 20 minutes early to avoid creating any large groups. Once at the course you may go into the Golf Shop to pay for your round and purchase any merchandise you may need. Food and beverages are available in the grill located underneath the golf shop. Alcohol will be available for purchase from the golf course, but you are not allowed to bring your own per the State’s liquor licensing laws. After you have checked-in the starter will help you begin your round.
What has been done to limit grouping and touch points?
- Social Distancing is practiced in all areas of our facility and should be practiced on the golf course as well. Do not share clubs and golf equipment with your playing partners or congregate with them in the parking lot before or after your round.
- The course has been set up to limit touch points by removing; bunker rakes, sand bottles, water coolers, ball washers, etc. The cups have been set up to stop the balls from going entirely into the hole for touchless retrieval. Bunker rakes will return to the course on July 7th and removal of the flag on the putting greens is optional. We will continue to keep the foam liner on the flag stick to assist in retrieval of the ball for those keeping the flag in while putting.
- Face masks are required when inside, and you must follow all posted signage and staff directions.
Are the driving range and putting green open?
The driving range is open for regular practice. All driving range stalls are set at least 6 feet apart and the den caddies are laid on their side so you can retrieve balls using your golf clubs. The putting green and short game area are open as well. Please keep 6 feet of space from anyone else warming up.
What about leagues, outings and events?
All league dates and times have been adjusted accordingly. If you have questions, please reach out to your league coordinator as we will continue to keep them informed. Please check our Event Calendar for the latest information on our golf tournaments.
