Definition:
Resident members are members living within a 40 mile radius of Spring Creek
Family Monthly Dues: $300 Initiation Fee: $6,000
Individual Monthly Dues: $250 (Zero initiation Fee for limited time)
Subject to 12 month initial commitment and month to month thereafter
Tee Time Access:
Resident members can reserve tee times up to 14 days in advance
Public can reserve tee times up to 7 days in advance
Event Access:
Resident members will have full access to all member events
Practice Facility:
Resident members will have full access to range and practice facilities
Golf Shop Discount:
Resident members are extended 15% discount on all golf shop merchandise
Cart Fees:
Resident members optional cart fee at $20.00
Federal Club Priveleges:
Resident members are extended all rights of membership to the Federal Club
Annual Fee Discount:
Annual payments recieved before March 1st will recieve a one month discount
